Need help with basics of GTPlanet forum

Hi, I have never been on a forum before and I'm trying to understand how it all works, can you please help me. On the Tuning forum page there are blue circles and yellow type flames on the left side before every thread, what do they mean ? How do you start a tuning garage on the GT6 tuning forum?

A hot thread is one with 100 replies or 2,500 views.

Thank's Barra333, i did try the FAQ, maybe I didn't make my search query with the right words. I will try again.
