Need help with HPP BRAKE pedal

Hello.

1st post here. New to Sim racing and loving it. Have original 2014 HPP pedals. I was only getting 30% brake during calibration. Figured it could be time to service the hydraulics. Opened everything, cleaned and used dot4 oil . Pedal moves fine, the shaft that has rubber dampers moves in proportion with pedal but calibration does not sense any brake at all. What am i missing?
 
With what tool do you calibrate it? I use diview can set new zero points if necessary. Also check connection on all wires they are really thin. Do you have the grund cable or grund them yourself
 
Hi. I did not use any tools. I just used ACC games option -controls . I recleabed and added fresh oil. Clutch and gas pedal calibrate to 100%. Brake pedal shows 20% engaged even before it is pressed. The sliding red moves to about 60% when pedal fully pressed. All the three wires are connected properly in the usb circuit board correctly. I will check out diview and report back.
