I know it has the PS in the message of death so i don't know if since i have a US PS3 it wont let me get that Japaneses update?? or maybe im just dumb so if you know what all this means help a fellow Grand Turismoer out... i am DIEING!! to play this update!!!!

I believe it's asking you to press the PS button to restart the game.

First it asks you to accept the new terms of service by selecting the right button. (1st picture)

You have selected the left button (declined) so it is asking you to leave the game. (2nd picture)

At last it is asked to hold down the PS Home button to select "Quit the game", then to restart the game so the update can be applied. (3rd picture)

HA now i feel really stupid..... since i didnt have a car purchased it wouldn't let me do anything so ya all i needed to do was buy a car....
