Motorola Phone Tools software is available from Motorola, allows interchange of pictures, videos, sync with Outlook folders for Contacts to phone book, and backup of phone data to a file on the PC. On the US site, software only is $29.99, kit with USB cable is $49.99. Be prepared to spend an hour or so running LiveUpdate before it recognizes the RAZR.
The USB cable is the same as what comes with many digital cameras. If you have a digital camera and its USB port looks like the RAZR's charging port, then you already have a USB cable: the one that came with your camera.
If you have Bluetooth on your PC (dongles are cheap on eBay, so is the Phone Tools software, BTW), you can make a Bluetooth connection. Unlike many phones where Bluetooth is used only for a headset or car kit, the RAZR's Bluetooth has file xfer capability.
I use the phone Tools software, and it's worth the 30 bucks. If you don't have a cable, go to Wal-Mart and get one, don't spend the extra 20 with Motorola.
