Need help!

My PS5 suddenly stopped loading any apps or games. It just shows "Please wait". I tried turning off the console, rebooting the PS5 in safe mode, and clearing the cache. But it doesn't work. PSN doesn't work either.

Also, if I reset my PS5, does anyone know if I'll lose my game data? (Specifically GT7) and if not, does that mean, if I reset the PS5 and sign into my PSN... Download the game, I can continue where I left off in the game?

If the game has server save files (like GT7) you usually wont lose your progress.

Also if you have cloud-synchronization enabled, you can download all other savegame files which are not saved by the game server.
