I bought the rare 1991 Lancia Delta HF roadcar and need help with its handling. I have the car modded to 291hp. Suspension is all stock. I am getting HORRIBLE understeering. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Any PROVEN suspension settings out there?

It's likely not the suspension that's the problem.
It's likely the Limited Slip diff. or the distribution of power.
You can try adjusting the power, via the VCD so that only 10-20% of the power is going to the front wheels.
Or you can adjust the front diff down to almost nothing.
Also, try raising the rear end in 5-10mm increments, till you get the turn-in characteristics you like.
Only futz with one of these at a time, as you might put the car into snap oversteer if you get too zealous with your changes.

The limited slip thingy is most likely the problem. Many cars I had acquired had similar problems that relate to yours with your Lancia. After fixing the problem I wonder how they ever developed such settings to be so incorrect!Hope you fix your situation :)

I tried the VCD, and that seems to helped alittle, but the car still pushes big time going into a turn when I am off throttle or braking......

Any idea of some good settings for the LSD? Also, I am trying to stay with the stock suspension if possible.....

You can try 30/30 for initial and then run the other two down as low as they'll go.
I believe that will be 5/5 and 5/5.

Or,

You can run the front settings down as low as they'll go and set the rear like it's a FR car.
