Need help with the S-5 license test

I have passed all other tests without any real issues but with this one, I've probably attempted it a good 30 times or so and cannot even get bronze! Can someone out there give me some advice or let me know what settings to use on this Veyron to get by this? The closest I've gotten was 6 seconds away from bronze!
 
Keep a tight and tidy line. Avoid braking and turning at the same time, because the tyres will be more efficient if you let them do one thing at a time.
 
Learn those videos and remember to use no TCS, I had trouble getting gold with DS3 then after learning those videos I got it then with my Wheel I got 2:11

Abs on, Asm on, TCS 0, drive line on ignore brake points. I nailed gold quite comfortably with this. Or you can listen to the purists and spend hours on end in the kitty litter ha ha.
 
I recommend using the "purist" method... I find it much easier but that's just me. I think it helps if you learn to drive with no aids (including ABS most of the time) for online if you ever decide to venture there.
 
..........Learn the layout of the track. Grab a Veyron, take it to Ascari in TT section, and practise. Veyron is tricky thing to corner, especially on sport hard, cuz it understeers so much; only practise makes it easier.....
 
Well, finally was able to get the bronze after going through the track for about half hour....now going to do some super races. I can't imagine how people are able to gold this test, thanks for the advice!
