Need help with Thrustmaster T80 setup (fixed)

I should have posted this a long time ago, but I have a problem with the assembly of my T80 Racing Wheel.

The problem is in the clamp. The threads don't seem to go in a spiral along with the threads in the wheel itself:

Any solutions?

That thing is stripped and shredded. The bolt is ruined and threads in the hole are probably gone.

Maybe retap the hole for a larger bolt? Does T80 have any other holes for mounting?
