Need New Game Help Me!

allright guys. Im about just bored outta my mind of GT4. I fall asleep while racing on ANY track. So I need to buy a new racing game:)

What do you reccomend?

I was thinking maybe NFS MW but im unsure.

I want something a bit more arcady, Different cars, more action etc.

I dont want to play a game like gt4 right now its just depressing:indiff:

So can you guys please help me out on a new game to choose? A game I will be able to play to kill some time?

Does it have to be a racing game? Also, are you able to play your PS2 online? Anyways, have you given Toca 3 a try? Its not arcadey but can be if you don't turn on Pro sim settings on, otherwise its a great simulator I find it better than GT4, and it has incredibly smart AI to keep you busy. Online is quite fun too.
 
How about the Burnout series. Those are always really fun and destructive.
Burnout 1, Burnout 2, Burnout 3, Burnout Revenge
 
Burnout Revenge is a great time waster and is challenging to complete. I'm sure that will be a great game that will give you lots of endless fun and attention. I used to have the Xbox version, and played it hours on end every day (I have the Xbox 360 version now). I've never liked anything else Arcady in the racing genre on the PS2/Xbox other than Project Gotham Racing 2 (which is getting on in age a bit now) as I'm not a fan of non-simulators other than the two mentioned above.

On the other hand, even though you are looking for a more Arcady game, I'd still recommend Toca Race Driver 3 - it's quite a different game to GT4. Frustrating more than anything from my experience, but that's better than being bored, right? ;)

Yeah Ive played Toca 3. Fun game but to frustrating like you said:dunce:

And no I dont have Online on my PS2, so I cant play any online enabled games:grumpy:

I was also thinking the Socom series aswell. But im not to sure how the single player mode is...

Socom is a good game, single player is good but the real reason for owning the game is its online mode. Owning Socom and not having online just doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
 
You should play Guitar Hero. Uhhh, I've officially reccomended that too many times. But It's completley worth the price to get the game and controller. May not be racing, but IMO one of the best PS2 games to date.
