Right now I have a photoshop that doesnt have everything I need,Im looking for a free downloadable and reliable photoshop so I can rework my photos from GT4.Does anyone know were I can get something like this that is easy and complete?
I know of a couple of freeware programs which you can download, but they're mostly for fixing brightness and resizing. All in all, I doubt you'll be able to find a program with all the Photoshop features and for free.
