Well, in real life the Bentley is based on the all conquering R8. ( Rolls Royce was bought by the VAG group a while ago, BMW then took the Rolls Royce brand name, and Volkswagen kept Bentley...

It is the same motor, different gear box etc... but the chassis is closed instead of open. However, given all the development that went into the R8, and the fact that all that data was avaiable to the guys who designed the Speed 8, I would expect similaries in the chassis also. So, if the spirit of the simulator is to be trusted, you will not go far wrong with the bentley, using the R8 settings. This is all guess work. However, I will hope to confirm this for you shortly. I left the R8 No.2 car doing Sarthe 2 last night, and have not been home, so for all I know, he could be sitting int he gravel at Indianapolis again. But if B-spec bob is doing his job, I will be able to jump in the bentley when I get home from work.
Errr yeah... that has turned out to be complete rubbish! For starters, the engine redlines a lot lower down the revs! But on the plus side, I have got it stopping like a bloke who has just got out of prison after a 5 years stretch, stopping to pick up a pretty girl with a sign saying will do ANYTHING for a lift...
Ok, credit where credit is due, this is a mix of my own settings, taken from aarque's basis from the R8. I just lapped Sarthe 2 in 3.08 with a standard turbo, and I have not even changed the oil yet! The settings gave me so much confidence, I was able to attack everywhere. Sadly the B spec hated it, bottomed out a bit too much, and it lost the will to corner when i raised it up, so a compromise it is...
