I don't really like the S13 Silvia K's setting in the "Drift Settings Depot".
Can you guys(Brian C, Shadow drifter, Silvia drifter, or anyone) suggest/post some of your settings on Sims, please? :dopey:
I am also running stg2(296hp) on sims: I'm a noob and I can't handle the stg4 power, I'm all over the place...
If you can post some settings suited for stg2 power, I greatly appreciate it. 👍
If not, settings for the stg4 will do just fine, I gotta learn that's all. :)

Thanks in advance! :sly:

you could do it stock as well...let nk4e give you a base, and tune it yourself from there.

I dont know if I use these anymore, my PS2 is packed away cause I'm moving, but here is a list for one of my old S13's. Beware, I like stiff rear suspension:

Car: Nissan Silvia 2000cc (color: grey =P )

Mods:
Suspension and Brakes
---------------------------
-Full Customize Suspension
-Sport Brakes
-Brake Balance

Engine and Intake System
---------------------------
-Racing Muffler
-Racing Chip
-Full Engine Balancing
-Port Polish

Drivetrain
---------------------------
-Triple Plate Clutch
-Racing Flywheel
-Carbon Driveshaft
-Fully Racing Trasmission
-Full Customize Service Limited Slip

Turbo
---------------------------
-Stage 1
-Stage 2
(the reason I have both is I switch to stage 2 when I'm doing wide open courses like apricot hill, but I use stage 1 for close courses where I want as little turbo lag as possible)
-Racing Intercooler

Tires
---------------------------
-Simulation

Stability & Control
---------------------------
-Lightweight stage 1

It isn't a anime . its a Fan Art of RO(ragnarok online) I found it in a Filipino Guild (club) on Gaia.

If you ever decide you want to try Stage 4 turbo again, here are my settings. I do a lot of 2p battle, and this is a speed drift type setup. I can do grip, then drift and show off if I'm in the lead. I also do drift battles(we can't get close enough to twin drift) with one of my friends.

I'm borrowing flohtingPoint's format. 💡
Mods:
Suspension and Brakes
-Full Customize Suspension
-Sport Brakes
-Brake Balancer

Engine and Intake System
-Racing Muffler
-Racing Chip
-Full Engine Balancing
-Port Polish

Drivetrain
-Twin Plate Clutch
-Racing Flywheel
-Carbon Driveshaft
-Full Racing Trasmission
-Full Customize Service Limited Slip

Turbo
-Stage 4
-Racing Intercooler

Tires
-Super Soft Lets you go faster in case you are racing. With the different physics of 2p battle, you need all the grip you can get.

Stability & Control
-Lightweight stage 3

Settings
Spring Rate: 4.0/4.0
Ride Height: To the minimum, can't remember what that is.
Shock Bound: 7/7
Shock Rebound: 7/7
Camber Angle: 3.0/2.0 I used to use only 1 degree in the rear on all my cars, but for my most powerful cars(ex: Supra), an extra degree or two helps.
Toe Angle: 0/0
Stabilizers: 6/6

Brake Balance: 10/24

Limited Slip Initial Torque: 5
Limited Slip Accel: 5
Limited Slip Decel: 5

Gear Ratio:
Auto setting-33 The taller gears help me out with top speed in 2p battle mode. The guy I usually race against uses very short gearing, and typically has a top end of less than 130mph. My setting gives me as much as 160mph. If you don't care about that sort of thing, go ahead and make the ratios closer.

Lol.. Here's mine, stock hp, Sims, and 2-way LSD...

Good settings there Mdnite.

The point here is that if you're new to the car or to drifting period. Don't go changing the car all around. Get used to how it shifts weight, accelerates, brakes, etc Then start modifiying it.

As far as any silvia goes(save the S15) all you need to start is Sims and an LSD.

If you want to lighten the car or upgrade the transmission or brakes that's fine. But get used to the car and understand the fundamentals of drifting. Then you'll be able to tune the car to the way that you like to drift. This will also help you to learn sound techniques in weightshifting and precision in control.

I learned that the hard way.

If u want some really good settings..u should try to just play with your settings and find something that you can work with.... 👍
about that, when i started drifting and asking questions on GTP, I used Sheron's,THIO's and some of the veterans settings and learned their style but I gained my own and also I learned on what a general setup that is based on mine style and a few others(which doesn't mean I take other people's part of their settings and add it to mine own )and kind of developed a sense of level where you can quickly adapted to, for example, when I was with MD, I made some 22B settings for my friend Nick( TRD celica JDM) and he quickly adapted to the style and said it was easy to drift in the car
