Need some Advice

hi all, im fairly new to drags have no idea on how to tune them but at the moment my le mans quattro is running 09:000 for 1/4 and my GT-R black edition roughtly the same,

if someone wouldnt mind giving me a "dummies" lesson in basic tuning with a small explenation on what does what so i can get an idea on how to tune my cars, such as what damper extention and compression does to a car for drag and weither toe and camper should/shouldnt be used, and mabye a basic gear ratio set up for AWD cars, seeings i mostly use them, ive gotten little bits of advice from draggers online but nothing of overly huge help,
 
have read through both of these, and the drag setups, i can never seem to get my speeds the same as there, as for the trans settings it gives me a little but hardly any idea on what to actually do, will read through the bible though, currently tuning a veyron got it to 8:331 by my self so im pretty proud of that, it puts it at 6th on the list for AWD cars, just needed advice for finishing touches
