Need some advice

I am a beginner at racing online. Started EB went up to CS. Was doing fine. Then I got a bit over caffeinated, started having some anger. I quit about 8-12 races in a rage. Now I see the error of my ways and don’t want to behave like that anymore. BUT my rating is now DB and DOES NOT MOVE. The rating bar is permanently empty; regardless of how well I do. Its been 3 days. The bar stays on empty.

Do I deserve it? I suppose so. But there should be a path available to me to re-build my reputation. So now I guess I should make an Alt-Account. But I have no idea how to do that.

Where do I go to make an Alt-Account??

You don't need to resort to making another PSN account.

Your Driver rating won't go up unless the Safety rating is improved. It's just an illusion, your DR is actually higher than it appears, but can't advance if the SR rating is too low.

However, if that's not the case, then it's because of the races: only the finishing position matters, not how many positions you gain.
