Need some help...

Ok...let's start this off simple, I own a 534 Nismo 400R that I have tuned, but apparently it isn't fast enough for some of the championships and races I've been trying. Any time I get first place, I wind up getting lucky or it's neck and neck between another car. So there is a turbo in the Nismo shop, I believe, the next upgrade. It is 80k, and I've got 138k, which I'm not too keen on wiping out most of it. Should I get the turbo now? Or keep saving?

Just get money by doing the capri rally, you'll have 250,000 when you sell the car you've won, and you'll easily afford that turbo ;)

EDIT: As it turns out, I have already done the Capri Rally. Do you have any other suggestions?
 
Do it again! It's an easy way to increase credits. Plus its not a bad indicator on the handling quality of your car. I love doing the Capri rally. It's a great course.

GT3 wouldn't let you win cars over and over by repeating events, but in GT4 you can win prize cars as many times as you want (except for those awarded in license tests, missions, or for percentage completed).

I Agree, just clear the records and do the race again! Once you have money to buy a DTM race car, and the cash to with it with a extra full stage turbo, buy it and B-spec the DTM!
 
Ok. I was confused on the whole erasing-the-records thing. I'll do that as soon as my sister finishes up with the TV.

EDIT: Finished the Capri rally, bought the turbo, now have around 380k. Finished the turbo race and won the Falken RX-7.
