They have a limit on the allowed number of changes, the only way would be to contact Polyphony but I don't even know if that is possible to contact them, and I very much doubt they would make an exception to the rule.

Well the only other way you can accomplish the name Change is to START OVER with a new PSN account, yes starting over a whole new game in GT7 is a hard thing..

The short answer is "no".

A slightly longer answer is that this is a defined limit in the game and - even if you could contact them, which you extremely cannot - they are highly unlikely (as in the probability is so close to zero as to be zero) to go to the trouble of carving an exception out for you, not least of which because this opens them up to other people demanding exceptions for them.

PD has no external communications of any kind. All support for Gran Turismo is through Sony Interactive Entertainment.
