Oh wow that never crossed my mind! Thanks!![]()
fastfox400Wow.. Add me sometime. We are on the same team. I can help you out with some tuned cars at the beginning of the week. I'll send you my Supra tune, along with a tune for the ZR1.
i have already but most of those tunes are old, outdated, or they just suck so i was looking for some fresh stuff.
BluntifiedHow does a tune get old and outdated? A tune is a tune! In this game, you can use a tune one day and still use it a year later!
As for the tunes, I can't help you with that, I (and others here) spend way too much time making my tunes just to "hand" them over to someone.
To quote iPutWorkin "DO WORK!".

Barely, If anything they made it a bit easyer.Do they really change the physics?
Mid-Gt3-ish, it wouldn't be considered true. By using other people's tunes, you tend to get a feel for your style and adjust accordingly.Point is.. you won't learn anything by copying someone else's tune. You won't know WHY they set it the way they did, and it most likely won't feel right for you anyways. Trial and error, trial and error, and more bleepin trial and error is the only way you will get better. If you don't have the desire to learn how to tune the car to your style then you're probably better off playing Need for Speed or something like that. Nobody is trying to wrap you up in drama, it may come off as a bit harsh, but it's legit advice from people that know what's up.
edit: Also, if you have a wheel, put down the controller and stick to the wheel. It will keep kicking your A until put the work in, but the payoff is so very worth it.

I understand, "Give a man a tune, you feed him for a session. Teach him how to tune, you teach others to tune for a lifetime"Well I didn't say it absolutely will never work for you, but as someone starting out (I was there not so long ago, and still am kind of) it's more helpful (my opinion) to read some of the tuning guide stuff on these forums, pick a car, and then work at it with trial and error to see what really feels right to you. You know... that old saying... Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.
