Needed ticket that CAN produce Ferrari Formulas

I have both of the Ferrari Formulas on one of my psn's but I'd like to have them on the psn I use all the time now.

I know there is a ticket that can produce them but don't know for sure what it is? I think it's the level 24 ticket but not sure.

thank you very much. yeah flipping the ticket till I made it produce what I wanted was the plan. I already bought the cars on the other PSN from intense grinding and had no desire to buy them in credits for this other psn
