Nerd or Jock?

i don't see how Algebra can be fun in anyway, i've hated all of my algebra techers and in this year i've gone through 3 differnt ones

I am smart, just don't do the work most of the time....I don't study for tests but in history I got a 96% on a test without studying. it's just the work...I do all my work for history(cause I like the class and the girl I like is in there)but I rarely do anything for Algebra cause the teacher won't give me credit for not showing my work, and I hate her and she calls my mom a lot...

F2002-in highschool, my school at least, first year you take Algebra(or pre Algebra if you're behind). Then the next year you take Geometry, then the next year it's Algebra 2, I think that's how it's supposed to go...

In my district it totally varies... for example, next year when i'm in 9th grade, I'll be doing Honors Trig/Algebra 2, yet the people farthest behind will be doing either Pre-Algebra or Algebra C/D...

I work in IT, so i must be reasonably bright and i cycle 16 miles every work day, more if the mood takes me.
