Network issues with Nats or Manufufactureres cup?

Since the second test season has anyone else had an issue of running one of the races fine and then have a data loss error for the second race while matchmaking and getting a 0 and not being able to enter the race (like you ran it already)? Its been happening since the beginning I can only run one race, network is fine, everything else online working as it should.
