so there i was in grand valley speedway in the formula cup o was leading the race 26 secods ahead of the 2nd place car on the 25th lap with my tires starting to turn red. i was preparing myself to pit in and get out ahead and take the race in first place.
but that moron look at me and said:" don't pit in you can finish the race in first place, you are 26 seconds ahead. you can finish the race in first even if you pished the car to the finish line!"
and i said:" yeah right, i am not alain prost you know"
but he persuade me.
AND GUESS WHAT!!!!!!
i lost the race and came in second at the last 3 corners, man i am fiourious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahahahahaha

Only trust yourself.

Has happened many times. Dont think, just because if u are on the last lap , u could finish it first with red tires. I think one of the most important thing on the F1 series is to have a pit strategy. NEVER PLAN UR PIT ON THE LAST LAP OF THE RACE AND ESPECIALLY IF THE LEAD THAT U HAVE IS CLOSE

Yeah, I won't doubt my instinct on whether I need a pit stop or not. The redder those tires get, the worse your driving and the slower your time gets. I know from experience. Grand Valley will eat up some tires, too! I couldn't get 6 laps out of my tires there with my F090/S. Thus, I only got second. First place was always like 35 seconds ahead.

Of course once I got the F094/S, it was a breeze. I stormed away from the pack, and got 6 good laps from the tires. I once had a race that left me with yellow tires. but 3 laps to go. I KNEW after 2 laps those tires would be about fried. So I pitted on yellow tires, and didn't lose any ground. I was able to gain time further ahead actually because I knew I could drive it as hard as I could. I would hold higher speeds through the turns, accelerate harder off every corner, and tore up the track and the competition. My pit scheduling just wasn't quite mathmatical, that's all. Okay, I'm done :burnout:

I have a few soccar friends and we ether play NFS4 or GT3 well we play both.In NFS4 they drove aggresively and totaled my car!I was Pissed!!In GT3 they drove good until the 2nd lap and I came last!!The gap was over 1:30.GOD AND THEY BEAT MY RX7 LM!!!!!And they used a street RX7 RS!

I quoteth keeno.

I was expecting something like "a football player threw my dualshock into the tv!" or something... hmmm...

Anyway, what I usually do is follow the same pit strategy as the leader... works 99% of the time... (of course, the "race" leader, not the immediate leader... I would be a fool to follow the pit strategy of the Corvette in the PD cup)
