While developing SkinSyncApp for AC, I was also working on an ACC-ready version.

The method is simple, it works just like my previous AC app: connect, download/upload skins to other players, and after a few days, it automatically deletes the old ones. You can switch servers without any problems.
This is very useful for leagues and open lobbies.
