Your grammar help is really appreciated.

Yeah, what the hell? Didn't we tell you to proofread everything before publishing? Is English your second language? Assuming you're french-canadian living in quebec, you might want to find somebody to help you out. Be careful when you're writing e-mails, especially. You can always ask us about stuff in this topic before publishing it on your website, but e-mails are usually meant to be private. You know that.

Good luck.

This is great. Good luck to you, Div! I haven't had the chance to look at the eBay store, but I will later on and get you some feedback. ;)

People here gave you some valuable advices on eBay positive feedbacks, pricing, etc. And I'm sorry if someone already mentioned this, and I missed it, but I'd like to stress on having good communication with the customers.

I've been on eBay for years and have 500 positives, so I'm somewhat of a veteran trader. And one of the ways to have successful relations with the customers is to be straight with them, and always email with any up-to-date information. Personally, I know it's bit of an overkill, but I email customer: 1) with the payment info 2)Payment confirmation 3)shipping confirmation

I almost forgot. I've bought few auto parts on eBay as well. And while I've never been ripped off on automotive stuff, there was one not-so great experience. When I purchased a set of Eibach or H&R springs(I don't remember which!), the set that I needed was on backorder. But the seller gave me a runaround, instead of being honest with me. I ended up going thru PayPal to get my money back. Be careful of that. eBay/Half.com buyers often gets very upset, when you "sell" items that are not readily available.

Again, good luck with your venture. :)

Ohhh the irony… ;)
I'm sure he was just testing us!

Okay so here's an update:

I'm currently setting up on eBay, well I am actually:

www.stores.ebay.ca/Div-Import-Tuning

I had some problems with the store categories, it will be set up in the next upload.

My website is nearly completed:

www.DivImport.com

We still have to rearrange the layout, resize it to fit smaller resolution, add logos, and border images and the text in the needed pages.

I'll have to do major link exchanges too.

I'm setting up the Google Base feed.
I'm set up on Yahoo Auctions, even though I got many problems with it and I'm still having some.

I'll be set up on Amazon in 2 weeks.

It has been a tough 3 months of hard work but it is starting to pay off!

Hi everybody at GTP Planet.

It has been a while since I stopped by, I have been EXTREMELY busy with all sorts of expansion projects.

I am currently on eBay, my shop is Div Import Tuning.
You can also find me on Yahoo Auctions and Autogearbid.
I tried to get on Amazon but they only accept US dealers.

I'm currently working on a new project, I am a certified dealer of www.auto-couture.com .

My website, www.DivImport.com, is still under operation.
My new website www.VIPautoparts.net, is not yet online, I am currently designing it with some friends.

I figured I'd drop by and keep you guys updated since I've been here for so long and you have all been so helpful.

Mat

Incredible! You have achieved something some of us only dream about!

Well done!

It is a dream come true, that you could actually realize too.

Good to see you got your dream come true then 👍

Just had a quick look around your site, and I can't find a 'Contact Us' link.

I think it'd be best to put one up.

If I was shopping there and saw an intake kit for a Civic but not for an Integra, I'd want to contact you and see if you could source one for an Integra.

Also, being so far away I'd want to confirm that you ship to NZ before I bought anything off you.

Just my 2c. :)

Everything under Performance on the left hand side of the home page is plural, except 'supercharger'. Just a little, tiny things ;)

I will add a new code tonight, you'll be able to send emails via a form directly on the website.

2 QUICK SUGGESTIONS:
"365 days a year" needs to be changed to 365.248 days a year, just for a more noticeable affect.

If possible (and I know it is), change take the white out and make it black, or better yet, transparent as a png.
ebay.gif

EDIT: Make it a jpeg, but with black in those white holes.
After that, the website will be PERFECT

Yeah, that's what was bugging me too, I'll have to work it in photoshop.

Overall, you like the website? Not too many pictures?

Wow great job Div, very impressive. It's pretty rare to find someone who follows their dream and it appears you will be racking in the profits soon enough! :D

Keep up the good work.
👍

Thank you Bee.

If somebody is ever interested in such a dream also, I could take somebody under my wing after the holidays.

Gtplanet is my home and there's nothing like it, I love you guys, héhé.

In 2 months so much have changed already.

I'm now at the head of the www.remusexhaustshop.com
REMUS only products.

I'm now into web designs, all this website was done by me graphic wise.

I had a look at the page in firefox and internet explorer.
It's looks ok in explorer, but some things are wrong when using firefox.
With which program do you make websites?
I tested the code with the w3c validator and it reported around 70 coding errors on the home page.
Overall the site looks tidy, not to busy. A very professional look.

Yeah I'm getting some errors in firefox too.

It's made with DreamWeaver.

The website wasnt designed to be viewed in Firefox...I'll put an automatic message for the firefox viewers.

You should fix that. A lot of people use Firefox, and if they can't view your page, you may have just lost a customer.

Intro splash screen needs to go.

I'll try to fix it, I'll keep you posted.

What about the intro page?

Intro looks good, haven't occured any errors with FF 👍

You'll need to have a closer look then :)
The text under 'REMUS. Wild Label' is positioned to high.
And the muffler more down on the page covers a part of the text.

The site is not finished yet, still have to add product pictures, redo the urls, link exchanges, new menus, etc.
