New Calendar in Update giving clues to GT5 Tracks?

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but the weather calendar in the GT5P update seems to be telling us some tracks that will be in GT5.

I noticed:
Magny-Cours
Jerez
Le Mans (Circuit de la Sarthe)
New York
Tsukuba
Imola
 
Yep, I think that's confirmed already, and it was on here before:) like two weeks ago.

It simply tells the weather in some famous world racing circuits. They MAY come in later updates but im not sure if they all will.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't put a city in there if they weren't going to put the course in the game. They know people will see the names and expect the track.

Why in the hell would it be in an update when theyve got the full freaking game planned for later this year? I want to understand your thought process.
