New Car Dealership Demo Question

This is kind of an odd question, but does anyone know if there's a way you can get on the course displayed when you demo a car in the dealership that has the windmills in the background? The course texture itself is similar to that on the Tuscany track found in the Grand Tour Special Event.

It's a created track.

You can generate your own track with those windmills at the back in the track creator.
