Okay, ill start of by saying im 15, so shelling out $150 for a wheel is no easy task... at all... but i did, so my wheel arrived today. After not doing my homework i opened up the box, read the instructions and wrestled it on to my ghetto-@$$ rig, followed the instruction and all, and nata, zilch, i can't turn it on let alone calibrate it, i have the power button 'in' and have been following the PDF instructions on how to do anything with it.... i am so close to flipping a huge **** right now that it's not even funny... i already flipped out at my 6 year old brother. PLEASE HELP ME IT'S NOT STARTING I NEED HELP BEFORE I GO CHUCK NORRIS ON IT!!!!!
dear god i need help.
hahaha After reading so much negative information about the Fanatec wheels, here on the Steering Wheels section, a new Fanatec customer is almost convinced that something is going to be wrong with his wheel!!!
(By the way, my GT3RS V2 CSp also had some issues, but now is working "almost" perfect)
I think i plugged in the power from my DFGT instead of the one it came with, but looking back (it was 10 o'clock) i think i had unplugged the real one and put in the DFGT one when it calibrated , ill check in on it later, the wheel it self felt fine. Im in that phase of getting used to it at the moment. Haveing Reverse right next to the 1-2 gate is problematic.
