Can store the pedals and seat/wheel separately so it can be stored compactly, and adjusted for different drivers very easily.
A little difficult to get in/out of but the compact size is worth it.
Started project because the new television needed a raised cockpit.
Steering wheel is plenty stable enough, as is the seat. Problem is that very heavy braking causes my seat to tilt backwards, but that is beyond what is needed for 100% braking.
