New coupons - what's the deal?

Hi all,

can anybody tell me what's the deal with these new coupons?

"Free coupons have been added that allow you to wash cars, change oil, overhaul your engine, or restore chassis rigidity in GT Auto."

Are they just an "update-gift" or will they be integrated in the game
like helmets/suits/horns so you can finally win something really useful?
