You need an electrical actuators, with enough speed and power. Unfortunatly the cheapest one (for this task) are the SCN5 that used natchamp as well, and only that cost around 1000 bucks. I know, they are expensive, but you need it for a good dynamic simulator and a rig like this will be a lot higher price than 1000 bucks.
