New DLC: first imressions?

Hi everyone!

I started this post to get information about the new DLC.
If anybody has tried it, please share your opinion with us.

Where is it?
I looked in Playstation Store, and only thing listed in Add On's,
is Team Racing

It's to early right now! You should find new features around 3 pm. Usually this is the time when new stuff appears. Wait until 4 or 5 pm should be there 100% 👍

Ill have this advantage that I'm at work in my office right now so it's still 3 hours until ill be at my apartment. It's must be torture for those who are searching on psn's every 15 minutes.

As soon as i install DLC2 I'm going to Nordschleife with Gumpert Apollo, then McLaren, SLR, BMW

I am already sick of waiting for it to come on the store, I think i will strip my car down and do some rust removal that should kill at least 4 hours of time and then fingers crossed it should be on.

But i already know what is going to happen i will get half way through my car check the ps store and it will be on and i will end up with loads of car parts all over and my head to stuck into shift to put them all back again

It's worth it.

The only cars that can't be upgraded are the Tier 4 vehicles which are the Apollo, M1 Procar, MP4-12C, and the Stirling Moss.

The Gran Turismo S, NSX, and the 8C Competizione can all be upgraded.

And all of the cars can be painted, so, this isn't anal like the Ferrari DLC.

Monaco in disguise.

I'm not Jeremy Clarkson, I'm not reviewing cars. I'm driving them, i am The Stig, man.

But First impression is that. 4 New track, worth to buy for them.

Casino Riviera is great track, fast, uphills and downhills. Little bumpy in Gumpert Apollo (this car is in Koeniggsegg CCX league). It is like Mone Carlo with palm threes and Hotels, tunels. Very nice track, looks easy to handle, bites your head off if you take it not seriously.

Monte Grande it is the same thing but different turns, There is so many of them tight and narrow, and wide. Less speed in here, lot's of heavy breaking.


Monument Loop Well nothing much to say except it is something like Datkota Three Oval, but much shorter. 4 Turns nothing exited but challenging to drive.


Port Boucle The same thing as above but with more turns.

New tracks are great fun. New cars ? Well i need to take them to Nurburgring Nordschleife.

The Apollo sounds exactly like the R8 in-game which is wrong...but I'll forgive them as everything else is near win. 👍

Buy it, and go to Monaco now!

loving the new tracks and cars well worth the money go get it guys riviera is like monte carlo the 1st section and up the hill then round the back you have a nice downhill like the old R5 on GT.

I love the new tracks and cars the Apollo is a beast of a drive just the way i like it well worth the money as soon as i get back from work i am going to be glued to it.

who else has got it ???

As of 1:15 pm East Coast USA, no joy.


One thing that did happen (and is typical EA), after I downloaded yesterdays Shift 1.03 update... I have no cars anymore! Well, that's not entirely true. I have the M-B SLR McLaren 722 that I was using the the WTC competition... and that's all. All the rest are gone.
Thanks EA! A bill for the time I spent on vinyls which are now gone, is in the mail. I take certified checks only.

Is it in Tier 5 ?? Because any lower i cannot find.

None of the cars in the pack occupy Tier 5, thankfully...but I'm sure you already know that.

All of the races for this pack are behind the Tier 1 races (if it follows the same format as the Ferrari series races, that is) as in you would go backward....

World Tour > Tier 4 > Tier 3 > Tier 2 > Tier 1 > Ferrari Racing Series > Exotic Racing Series.

Double check your cars.
I thought the same thing.
Mine are there, they just are not displayed.
You have to scroll across, which is a pain when in a lobby that's about to go to race.
I had to race a friggin stock Lambo in an Unrestricted race.
Needless to say I DNFed

Only the PS3 users get the Exotic DLC, but trust me, you're not missing a thing with the Ferrari pack.

I can say that all day and it would never lose an ounce of truth.

In my haste, I just wasted $10 buying a Pro Street upgrade!
