Hi there,,

Well to don't tell you guys a hole story i'll just start.
I have the game since the release and I absolute love it! , but of course I want to drift , but i saw some guys on youtube drifting , but they have a 900degrees rotation steer.
I have a Thrustmaster Ferrari GT experience racewheel but mine have only 180 degrees rotation. So my question is: Is it possible for me to drift with my wheel? If it is please tell me which car and settings!

after typing this i see it's quite long text but yeah

Hello there,

180 degrees steering is probably easier to be honest if you have decent control. The time it takes to countersteer is a lot faster. This is probably debatable for some of the more professional people on the drifting forums but whether or not you can drift on a 180 degree wheel, the short answer is definitely yes.

I played forza with the MS wheel which is 180 degrees as well if im correct.
I have to agree that was waaaaay more easy to drift. The whole spinning the wheel at the right time is hella difficult. I now have the DFGT, because im not much of a GT fan, but want to learn the 900 degree thing.. But if i was, id keep saving money to buy the G27. From what i can see on the vids posted around here; it handles much more like a real steeringwheel.

So if you too, someday, want to be able to drift in RL; then go for the 900 degrees.

I'm using a momo wheel its not much more steering rotation, it will work perfectly fine. Car go with any of the common cars for a starter, settings I don't advise playing with...throw an LSD in, a lil power and go practice.
