Add weight to my clk lm race car and dialed in the pp to what the room needed, then I moved it to the rear of the car and the pp shot up!! I don't think it was like this before maintenance??
The car's already rear-heavy, ballast on the rear makes it worse. I think it favors rearward balance for traction reasons. Haven't tried FF yet.Yes, it works for my Enzo as well.
1044kg (fully tuned & no balast): 647PP
+ 56kg balast: 644PP
balast moved to the back: 647PP
I think it's because the Enzo is a MH car. Adding a bit balast to the back will balance the car more.
I bet it can also used to find easy the perfect balance for a car.
Like that: add 50kg balast to a car, move the balast to the point where you'll end up with the most PP. Now increase & decrese the balast. You will see how much balast actually improve the PP of the car, or not.
Result: perfect weight/balance. Looks like a very good tuning trick.👍

I have moved weight around before and never saw the pp move while doing so. Can anyone else confirm you were able to do this ever?
That's not true. Take a RUF (or any rear-heavy MR car, for that matter) and make it 50:50. The PP drops like a stone. The closer your weight balance gets to 50 : 50 the more the pp increases
