Just recently made an account with this forum, but I've been racing for quite a while on GT5. One thing that I have noticed a lot since I have been racing online is that there are tons of Honda only races/lobbies. Its been irking me recently and I would like to know why Hondas are so popular.
 
Hi, I too am new to the forum, although I read a long times...Honda is a good brand in GT5, and also has a variety of cars ...

I really like Honda because they have good handling cars with nice engines.
The V-Tec engines are amazing in my opinion.
For example the S2000 is one of the best handling cars in the game for me and the engines is amazing, it revs so high!
So, I think the reason people like them is that (most of) the Honda's are fun to drive.
 
It's also a bit of a "lifestyle" to some who are all about the Honda life. There are some good cars, but most people are about that JDM life. There's a lot on Forza too.

I tend to stay away from those lobbies though because a lot of em have greatly tuned, constantly practiced in, cars that are unbelievably quick.
