Hey everyone, been a fan of Gran Turismo ever since I got my first PlayStation. I played GT2 a lot as a kid, then when GT3 came out I got that. I actually won GT4 along with a PS2 at a local time trial event. I placed 1st to my surprise and got a whole bunch of PS stuff, along with my first ever newspaper appearance.
I got the GT5 Prologue when it came out and played it a bit but wasn't really happy. Then when GT5 came out I felt much better. I'm still kind of dissapointed with the shadows and damage, but I'll get over it.
I found the forum when I was looking for a way to beat the historic car race, and since then I've looked into all the RM'd cars and some tuning stuff and figured I can try to give back some tips and stuff in return.
Right now I'm Level 29 A-spec (or just a few XP away I can't remember) and 7 or 8 B-spec. I'm amazed I got this far with a controller, I used to drive with a wheel until I got a PS3. I've got 5.8m credits I'm sitting on just browsing cars and buying ones I like. I just started doing B-spec last week, I never thought I'd mess with it until now since I've only got the formula GT and dream car races left to beat, along with some licenses and special events stuff. I've never played online, but plan to try it out here soon. I had issues with the game thinking my time settings were wrong but I think I've got that fixed.
