I know PD is not really watching here, but here goes.
Can we get an online market place to sell and buy cars? Kinda like the UCD, but where we can list our cars to sell (for cash or trade). You could list your car for the price you want (with in reason) and allow anyone to buy it.
The catch? We could have it set up so you can sell it for a lower price and still keep it, or more money and lose it. This way you can sell it and make money (in the game), or lose the car and make a lot of money. This would include unsellable items (you would lose these) and any car you have. Paint can be included.
It needs refining, but I think this could allow the community to trade/sell, make money and gather the paint they want.
