Fixes and changes in patch Q :
1) Transparent text window
2) TAB key bug fixed + SHIFT-TAB previous car + HOME key own car
3) Can assign mouse wheel + middle button / press wheel
4) Host can kick a player or ban player's IP for 12 hours
5) Host bug allowing superimposed cars theoretically fixed
6) New host options button, partly functional
7) Can enter pits while spectating
8) Some minor improvements
