New Log Out Problem please help!!!!

I can't log out, when I log out and I click on "return to the page you were previously viewing" its still logged in.I went to the Vbulletin FAQ and went to search in the start window but C:\Windows\Cookies\ in "search in" doesn't work to.What do I have to do now???? :ouch:
 
Delete your cookies. Tools > Options. Which browser are you using?
 
What internet browser? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Netscape, AOL, ... etc

Deleting is generally the same for all the broswers yet there are minor differences in the procedure.
 
I also had this problem for the first time last night at home. From work when I clear the cookies it logs out instantly. At home when I delete cookies it keeps me logged in.

What program do you use to surf the internet?

It will be in the title bar of the window currently open, on this site you'll see "GTP Forums .. - [Web Browser]," what does it say instead of [Web Browser]?

Or open the help menu and at the very bottom it will say "About [Web Browser]," what does it say instead of [Web Browser]?
 
Clear your cache, if clearing your cookies fails. Blake done both of those things on my computer and it started logging out properly. You usually do this in "Tools" or "Internet Tools", then "Options". Find it there.

Clearing my cache solves all my problems.
