Hi, I'm a new member to this club, and am happy to finnally find a active board that I can talk about GT3 on.

I have been playing the series since the age of GT1, and have mastered both GT1&2,W/o codes.

On GT3, I ahve relativly small list of cars.

Viper GTS-R Team Oreca
F090/s
Tuscan Speed 6(I think thats It's name)
Corevette C5R
Esperante GT-1
Viper GTS

I have completed GT3 to 18.6%, and have already one some of the higher dificulty Championships and Endurance races.

I hope to be a Active meber of this board, or at least Semi-Active.

PS. Can anyone Tell me the easiest, NON-code way to get the GTS-R Concept? I can't seem to get more than 2 golds on the Super-License.Hints and tips would be greatly appreciated!
 
Welcome aboard!

Since I suck at license tests and haven't had any luck with the relevant race series in winning that car (getting close), I'm probably not the best person to advise.

We have a list of prize cars available - check that out and see which series it runs in, and just do the old 'save with a race to go' trick until you win it.

Hey, we were all noobs once! Welcome aboard. I've only been here a couple months, and I'm only a quarter through my first GT experience.

Vat_man is laughing, I believe, because winning that series with an F1 shouldn't be an issue requiring prayer.

BTW, do you know about the save-before-last-race-in-a-series trick to guarantee you get the car you want?
 
You can save your game status between every race of a series. Not the replay, but the game itself. Make sure you do that before you start the last race.

Assuming you are far ahead in points, you can start the last race, then exit that race a few seconds in. Hit "Next" so it awards you the Championship and the prize car. If it is not the one you want, DO NOT SAVE YOUR GAME. Use the Triangle button to get up to the main GT3 screen, and reload your game. It will restart you before the last race. Keep doing this until it awards you the car you are looking for. Once it does, save your game again, to keep it. Then you can go back and re-run that race singly for the win.

Note - the game awards prize cars based on lap times. If you are having trouble getting a particular car, run very different lengths of time before quitting. Try quitting right after launch, or run 1/4 lap, or whatever. Sooner or later you'll get it.

Also, some people swear that pressing the X button when the spot is under the car you want will get it for you. It won't.

Hahahah. Another new member, cool! Welcome to GTP. We've had a great big growth spurt lately.

Here I am talking like an old salt, and I've only been here a couple months!
