It's really good and looks quite cool with some great features and more support (for things like devices, webcams etc.) Its offical and it works fine for a BETA. Well worth a free download!

I´m waiting for a MSN Plus plugin that works with it before I get it.

But I used it for a week when it was in closed beta, it´s cool.👍
 
With every release of every instant messaging program the ammount of displayed adds grow. Man that sucks.

It looks alot better then 6.2 , and the display is bigger too :)

Thats one thing I like about DeadAIM, you can remove the tickers, aim today, all the buttons below your buddy list, and the ads. :D
 
I hate it.

I used it for awhile and the layout was smooth and sexy but it was super buggy. I'll wait for the full release thank you very much.

By the way - doesn't this violate some GTPlanet AUP or TOS "download" clause soemwhere? Posting downloadable items and talking about downloading? Just my $0.02...
 
I don't think it breaks the TOS or AUP because the download is free, we aren't stealing software. I haven't found any bugs in MSN 7.
 
Yes , I think you can't post anything like that if you have to pay for it (atleast if it isn't free or got free trial?)? Am I right?
 
The policy is no talking about warez which is the illegal downloading of music/appz/games etc.

This thread is perfectly fine.
 
I used it when it was only a closed beta. The new contact list is smooth, but it has more bloat than ever before and uses up even more resources than 6!
 
Yeap, when it was first leaked I grabbed it but it had a major security flaw with the winks. Anyway as Shannon said, MSN 7 uses up far, far too much resources for what it does so I'm sticking with 6.
 
Tried it, but some of the features didn't work, and fundamentally, wasn't any better.
 
I'm using it, I'm really wanting to go back to 6.0 though....

I knew it HAD to exist, I've just never seen it before.

I think the latest 6 is 6.2... never seen a 6.3 or above...
 
x.0 are all BETAs. All version of Messenger have BETAs, so obviously 6.0 exists.
