I don't know if this is a problem on my end or the site's but when I view a topic, go back to the forums page & then later go back to the same topic it won't go to the newest post but the new post from last time I viewed it. Also in same cases the topic won't even say it has new posts when it does. I know it's not life ruining bad but it gets annoying when 2+ pages were added since the last time viewed.
 
You're most likely either viewing a cached (old, saved, but outdated version) version of the thread listing page, or your browser's cookies have somehow become corrupted. Try clearing your cookies and web browser cache.
 
I have this "issue" a lot when going between PC browsing and PS3 browsing. I can view everything on one device and everything is as expected but if I then browse on the other device later the unread posts go back to the same as before I browsed on PC.

That's normal behavior, assuming you haven't "marked all posts as read" or let your browsing session expire (30 minutes of inactivity or log out) on the first device.

This will change in the next update to the site, which will make GTPlanet much easier to use across multiple devices.
