While I was growing up in Tampa, FL in my youth, this was one of the best shows I remember watching... I recently learned that they started a new season with them recently and got my hands on the first 4 episodes.

Same exact recipe as before, but with updated content... I think its great! It brings back a buttload of memories and its nice and refreshing to see it in action again... Not to mention that the commentary when they watch TV shows/videos are classic! What do you guys think?!

I wonder if the present generation will catch on and like it as much as I did when I was 15... :p Although I still like it as much now at 30 as I did back then...
 
I have to say; I detest Beavis & Butthead. I've never found a single thing about it funny or entertaining. Each to their own and all that, but I cannot find any humor in 2 animated characters sni***ring (swear filter fail, I'm no racist!) repeatedly and talking ****.

Youre right, its a love it or hate it type of cartoon. I grew up watching this on MTV so maybe its a bit of a nostalgia thing for me as well.. :p
 
The thing with Beavis & Butthead is that it has to be watched in it's original context. I bought a couple of seasons of it on DVD (might have been VHS) back in the day. Without the music video interludes it just didn't really work so well. With subsequent South Park, Family Guy etc refining the whole adult cartoon thing, it's now looking pretty dated and amateurish.

I love the new Beavis and Butthead, i was too young to watch the original series but i've seen lots of old episodes on youtube and the new show is the same thing- stupid humor my mom hates! haha great show.
 
^ Only 5 episodes so far... hopefully more on the way. :p
