hi guys, for my current set up i have a 40 inch bravia, ps3, logitech g27 and wheelstand pro deluxe v2. what i would like to know is, can i have a 3 screen rig set up with ps3, ive seen it on xbox and pc,not on ps3. and second, i have read somewhere about buttkickers, id like a bit of force feedback in my pedals etc, is this do-able or do i need a gaming pc for this sort of set up ? any help/feedback would be really appreciated.thanks

You can do triple monitor with GT5 (but only GT5 as far as I know), you need three PS3s and three copies of the game. I'm planning on picking up some used PS3s when the PS4 is out for this purpose, just because.

As for the Buttkicker thing, you can do it with a console but it's not as good as with a PC, you have to use the audio output as the signal so you'll probably get vibrating pedals just because you're being overtaken and such. With a PC you can set it up to vibrate according to simulated feedback rather than just the sound of the game.

You should look up G27 load cell brake mods or the GT-EYE progressive brake spring mod if you want some extra realism (without going to extremes), just in case you haven't heard of that yet. Some people like to swap their brake spring for a better one or a load cell, put the old brake spring in the clutch pedal and the clutch spring in the accelerator pedal.

Edit: Oh yeah, welcome to GT Planet!

Yeah, on console triple screen support is game specific and requires extra sysems and games. The only games that even allow it as far as I know are GT5 on PS3 and Forza 3 and 4 on XBOX. I just dropped $300 on a 660TI for my PC and I run triples on it now, even old cheap games like GRID support triples, and it's awesome. Move your G27 to the PC man, if you want that three screen goodness.
