i think a new coool look for the speed and rpm meter will help to get out more from the game, the meter in GT3 that view from the inside of the car is not that cool enough, and someone might say that its ugly ( i am one of them :D ), and someone might say that GT2 meter is far more nicer than the GT3 one. may be its no use for imporving the look of the meter, but for me its usefull and for them who always look them when getting into conner too (mostlly for driftter ).

The ones in the GT4 videos just look pretty much the same except the redline blends into the whitle line.

The First Person View Teachometer and Speedometer looked sweet enough..

I don't think it would add a whole lot, as its basic function is to tell us how fast we are going, and when to shift. As long as it's easily accesible I don't have a problem.

in the rally incar vids, the meters seem to fade out at as it gets lower. looks sweet to me.

Just as long as they let me change the view from mph to kph in the NTSC version... no other Gran Turismo game let me do that... only because I play NTSC doesn't mean I'm American!!! As a matter of fact, out of all the countries that use NTSC (in America, the continent), only the US refuses to use the metric system... this turns out to be very disturbing when you find out you're going "only" 80, when it turns out to be 130 kph.

Yeah, I live in the USA, and I find myself wishing we'd convert to metric (especially when it comes to math).

yeah, another important thing that i almost forgot, they should set a option that we can chose for MPH or KMPH. coz not all know how much is MPH and its huge diffrent between this 2 unit
