New To Nascar

I'm yet to race with the Nascars as i had no interest in them before.
Both my sons are here this weekend & want to have Nascar races on GT5. They're not old enough to understand about tuning yet & I've been busy with work so what i'm looking for is recommended tunes for the Nascars. Yes i know that there's loads to choose from but that's my point. Normally i wouldn't ask but i just don't have the time to go through them 1 by 1 to find the best set up, so that is why i'm asking for help. So can anybody here please help & do you have a tune you can recommend that you know works well?

This is for Daytona with an 892 HP car.

Here is the Daytona set-up below

Aero 20/40
Transmission, reset to default, set top speed to 249 MPH,then final gear to 3.542.
LSD 60/60/15
Suspension
Ride Height F 15 R 15
Spring F 18.5 R 18.5
Ext F 8 R 4
Com F 8 R 4
Roll F 4 R 4
Camber F 0.2 R 0.2
Toe F -0.25 R -0.25 (-) negative
Brakes F 7 R 3
Racing Soft tires
Turn off all driving aides except ABS 1
