Hello, I'm James
I'm a 24 year old comic book artist/car dude. I used to be very into cars in real life a few years ago and did a lot of work swapping and turbo'ing a 92 civic hatch with my buddy. He went from a D16z6 to a turbo B18b. Other than that I used to spend a lot of time testing and tuning my old 90 eclipse GSX and a few other friends 90 Talons and a Gallant Vr4
lately I have sold all of my cars and kept my daily driven 95 ford ranger. Despite having 170,000 miles on the clock i still have less problems with it than most of my friends do their new cars
If i ever get out of the starving artist zone and into something that pays the bills a bit better I wouldn't mind toying with the idea of getting a newer lancer evo or checking out the new Honda CR-Z. Until then though I will be driving them in GT5!
I skipped GT5
just to avoid any spoiling of the GT5 experience and well frankly avoided all things GT5 since GT4. Until a few days ago I get wind that GT5 is 9 days away! Then I had to hurry to the PC and come here!
Edit: Should also throw my GT experience in here. Started by picking 2 up blindly at blockbuster when I was like 12 or so. I remember finding my moms car at the time (96 Galant) and from then on it blew my mind lol. For w/e reason I didn't play 3 all that much but jumped back in at 4. By then I was a mechanic in trade school and was doing Auto X with my 90 eclipse and building a mini truck out of a 1996 Toyota Tacoma at the same time. Many of cars and g/f's later I was still playing 4 pretty good and got into tuning my own setups and breaking the game a bit in order to be able to drift
It has been at least 3 years since I have had a ps2 and a copy of 4 but in the mean time I have been getting my racer fix from the Forza series, Grid, Dirt's,ect but I'm hungry for the next GT and the raw selection of buttons to mess with lol.
