*NEWBIE POST* 24hr 'ring race Bspec - long load time post-race

hey everyone

apologies in advance if this has been answered already somewhere else...

i just completed the nurburgring 24hr in B-spec mode (i know, im soft :) ) and now its seems like its stuck on the GT loading screen, and has been for the last 20mins or so.. the odd thing is, the loading icon (little spinning dial) is red, rather than the normal white...

is there an excessive load time after the 24hr finishes? is this behaviour normal? i just dont wanna have to reset the box after all the... ahem... effort :dopey:

Before you go...

It's a sign that your PS2 is on its way out - at least as far as GT4 is concerned. The red disc is exactly analogous to the Disk Read Error you may have heard about. Search these forums for "Disk Read Error" to find out more.
 
ive cleaned my ps2 laser lens and gt4 works properly
