Newbie question About GTR 12 Black edition

Hi i'm kind of new to GT5 and the forums ( been playing for about a week)
I been searching around the net for certain tune's and can't find them ( i been messing with the tunes myself but i'm a total newbie in gm when it comes to tuning)
Can someone link me or provide me with these following tunes?

Top speed tune for GTR 12 Black edition ( A tune that allows the car to go max speed ex 280 mph or whatever. Not a drag tune!)

Recommended tune for GTR 12 Black Edition ( A tune that allows the car to go as fast as recommended and allows it to steer pretty decent, or the best it can. for example a tune you would recommend on circuit La Sarthe 2009 or any random racing course. I need it for racing online.
 
Usually, once you have the gear set dialed in its a matter of adjusting the Final drive gear to suit the track. For instance you might use a 4.000 on Tsukuba for a top speed of around 145mph but on a faster course like La Sarthe(chicane) You might bump it to say 3.000 to get a higher top speed for the back stretch. Now, as for handling your Suspension and Diff('s) have to work together to keep traction. Now, in a Top speed car you only need traction in the direction of rotation so turning ability is sacrificed by lowering and stiffening to a point of 0 weight transfer side to side. Hami has a better explaination on his thread gimme just a moment and I'll find it for you.
 
Ok here is the Page Motor City Tunes.

About half way through the first post he talks about tuning theory and it goes on for roughly 4-5 post's. It's long and boring but very informative.
