News Article Advert as a Premium User?

Hello, apologies in advance if this has already been covered. I haven't seen anything on this recently.

Yesterday morning I noticed that on every news article I read, there's a promoted video on "crazy celebrity homes" just above the comments section. Having an active Premium subscription I'm sure I shouldn't be seeing this? I have attached a screencap to this post to visualize what I mean.
