None of the cameras allow for rotating the camera, this means you?ll never see the side of your vehicle unless you watch a replay. Its surprising that GT5 developers spent so long developing the internal cockpits of these vehicles, yet you can?t look around it. You can look rearward and see the back seats / engine depending on your car.

Right on the money why doesnt gt5 have this??

and why isn't the *GTPLANET COMMUNITY* asking for this ?? dont you wanna see the premium cars in third person view from all sides? without haven't to wait for the replay

umm... because you CAN look to the side?

Wow, I thought I must of been the only one who cared for 360 degree camera. I was shocked myself....I use this option a lot in Forza when driving third person view. It's nice to view your car from the side view especially if damaged was going to be implemented. Front and rear camera just doesn't do justice for inspecting damaged.

You could hit the "look left" and "look right" buttons.
I have them mapped to the face buttons on my wheel.

I do admit it's more awful than Prologue's. Prologue's movement was smooth and never acted up, while GT5's seems to snap back right when you release the button, and it's just bad for the view.

It's possible to look left and right but you have to map the camera views to the buttons first (if you use a Playstation controller at least).

i noticed this within 5 minutes of playing the game and i was literally shocked such a basic feature was missing but then i was imersed into the game and totaly forgot about it till just now.... but yes i would highly apreitaite this feature.

Is the look left + look right really THAT big of a deal? You're kidding me right? WHY CAN'T I LOOK DOWN AND UP TOO! I WANT TO SEE THE ROOF AND MY FEET! MY FEEEEEET!!!!!

..............seriously.....

Well, the left/right sometimes is helpful when your rubbing bumpers and you want to get a better view of things. I'm glad they added it, but is it just me, or the left right for chase cam doesn't actually show the car, its just like bumper cam view. Also, the snap back is too fast, they need to tone it down.

What are the default "look left" and "look right" controls? I'd check myself but I'm in the middle of a B-Spec endurance race lol.
