NFS Shift 2 - My career

Yesterday , I bough Shift 2 so I though on making a thread soo people could see my progress , cars , races , well , my career.

Day 1 - The beginning​

As I enter Shift 2 , I got amaised by the music and of course Vaughn Gittin Jr. voice , D1 Champ!

My first challenge was to drive a Tuned GT-R around Suzuka East
It was weird at the beginning , I had set the gears to manual but the gears still were changed by computer , like auto. That was the first thing I noticed. The second was the environment , the photographers around the car , the girls.. . When I started , I noticed something a bit weird , the car was always backfiring even when I wasn't acelerating. It's a cool game , it just needs more concentration (I play GT5 that's why).
It was a good race , obviously , I hacked the race by doing a dirty lap soo my lap times were the following :

1:06:xxx - First time , after restarting 3 times
0:54:xxx - Dirty Lap just to get gold

They suggested for me to use the easiest difficultie and the amateur control options


Next I was set for a race , same GT-R , agains Chevy C5Rs , Porsches 911 GT3 , 2 laps , Suzuka East.

It went well , I was 1st at the beginning , improved much , no hiting , no dirty laps , it was a good race , even the engine sounds . Not bad laps aswell.

... and then I bough my first car , Honda S2000 CR
